Time: 2pm followed by a POT LUCK Dinner.

It was agreed that as 46% of the PACS membership is located in southern BC, this years AGM would be held in Cawston.

Cawston Cold Storage has very generously offered to provide and pay for the hall in
Cawston for the meeting and dinner.
On behalf of the PACS we would like to thank them very much for this.

There are kitchen facilities in the hall where food can be stored, so bring your favourite dish to share.
We would appreciate it if you could let the office know what dish you will be bringing

There will be a call-in line for those members wishing to take part in the meeting but cannot attend in person. There is no limit to the number of people that can be accommodated on the call and this year we have tried to arrange it so that all can be heard. Call in details will be forwarded prior to the AGM.

For out of town members wishing to stay overnight we will have some billets available and there are a number of Bed & Breakfasts in the area.
If you would be willing to open your home for someone to stay over night, it would be appreciated.

We are looking forward to a well attended AGM, an enjoyable dinner and time to visit
with all of our members and families.
